摘要：'Law and the Leader' are lwo concepts which in the process of reciprocal relationship might arise antagonist and protagonist legal problem. Anlogonisl legal problent will arise if the leader has done illegal act. While, protagonist legal problem will arise if lhere is a juslifable reason for the act thol ethicolly, morally and legally occountable. Therefore, lhe furlher comprehension of the two problents should be exanrined by donain descriplion and latononty typology of the illegal act.
