摘要：Broadcasting, both television and radio have widely infuenced the community. It has positive and negative effects as u,ell. Therefore, il necessarily needs regulalion on criminal ocl ond law responsibility of broadcasting. Decree No. 32 of 2002 on Broadcasling, in foct, does not systemalicolly and inconsistently regulate the criminal act ond law obligotion of broadcasting. There are still many things to be further adjusted so that the purpose offormulating the Decree No. No. 32 of 2002 on Broadcaslittg can be acconrplishe.
