  • 摘要:The first association of citizens to the public sector is related to a bulky state apparatus with complicated procedures. In order to avoid this identification, the state must improve the delivery of value to citizens. With the increase in the efficiency of the public sector, citizens' satisfaction and confidence increase as well as the image of the state in the international community. To achieve this, the state must adopt marketing approaches using the profit sector.
