CASE REPORT: We used the display cases patients who had acute myocardial infarction diaphragmatic localization, complicated degree AV block 3 and cardiogenic shock. It was a patient with a disorder of consciousness. Administered her dopamine infusion and a total of two ampoules of atropine, and also her placed electrodes for transcutaneous pacemaker.
