摘要:This study aims to establish the views of the administrative staff working at Gazi University with regard to in-service training programs in terms of necessity,eagerness,perception,convenience,and to determine whether there is a meaningful difference in the effect of inservice training programs on productivity in terms of the demographic information of the staff.The scale prepared for this study was applied to 350 administrative staff working at Gazi University during the educational period of 2013-2014.At the end of the study,recommendations and implications for in-service training were included in the light of research findings.
