摘要:To bulld a new sales force,expand an established ona,or replenish one that has been reduced İn number by resignations.retirements.or promotions.Many companies are insaarch of qualified salesmen.İn order to be able to make an efflcient selection of salesmen there must be a well planned and well operated System for recruiting applicants.If recrııiting is done on a haphazard basis,a company runs the risk of enti-rely overlooking,or losing contact vvith good sources of pros-pective salespeople.The recruiting includes locating good sources of salesmen,contacting the recruits,and finally,maintain-ing a close relationship vvith the sources.Some suggested sources of salesmen are;the company itself,other companies.educatlonal institutions,advertisements,voluntary applicants,employment agencies,labor pool novv underemployed and gro-up organizatione.
