  • 摘要:Labor tumover rate is defined as the movement of eınployces betwcen organizations as well as within the organization.The general tendency is to ıeduce the labor turnover rate.However,it is impossible to reduce it to zero level because of natural events like retiremcnt,death or ınjury.On the othcr hand,a certain level of turnover will be necessary for the growth of the organization.But if the turnover rate is to high.it means the organization has a problem.It is best for any organization to be aole to keep it at an optimum level.
