摘要：The present material is meant to highlight the new documentary testimonials on the escalation of the Memorandum movement as an expression of the Romanian people national struggle.The more worthy of attention are the(documentary)sources used in this case because they come(are picked)from foreign archives and they consist in the reports of the foreign diplomats(French,Italian,British,Austrian etc.)who carried on at the end of the 19th century.The archive sources refer mainly to the 1892 Memorandum Document and it’s European echo,but also to it’s major effects on the struggle of all Romanians to assert their national identy.That is why we think as appropiate publishing in the Annex of our study this document of exceptional historical and political value develloped by the leaders of the Transylvanian Romanian people in March 1892 in Sibiu.
