摘要：The methods developed for solving decision problems in which there are numerous alternatives and criteria are defined as multi criteria decision making methods.Fuzziness can occur in decision problems in which many criteria and alternatives conflict with each other.In this study,a decision support model integrated with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy (AHP) and Fuzzy TOPSIS methods is proposed.In this study;the importance weights of the criteria that are effective in decision making are determined by Fuzzy AHP and the ranking selection of the alternatives are done by Fuzzy TOPSIS method.In the application part,the selection of teachers in private schools was carried out by the proposed decision support method.It has been seen that the proposed method can be successfully used as a decision support model.
