摘要:Nowadays,employees take on many roles at the same time.These roles show changes such as spouse,parent,and children.In such a case,the individual is confused about which role to prioritize.As a result,it is inevitable for the individual to have work-family conflict.Purpose of the study;To explain the concepts of work-family conflict and career satisfaction,and to explain how the job-family conflict experienced by the cabin officers affects the career satisfaction.In this context,154 cabin officers working in Turkish Airlines were surveyed.Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the variables and regression analysis was performed to determine how the variables affect each other.As a result of the analyzes,it was found that work-family conflict and family-work conflict had a negative effect on career satisfaction.
