摘要:The purpose of this study is to divide organizational justice perceptions into four dimensions as distributive justice,procedural justice,interpersonal justice,informational justice and interrogate the relations between each other and especially the relation between job satisfaction and the different dimensions of organizational justice.This research is applied on 670 white-collar personnel who work in İskenderun Iron and Steel Company.Survey method and questionnaire technics are used to determine the organizational justice perceptions and job satisfaction.Organizational justice was measured using a 20-item instrument designed by Colquitt (2001) and to assess the participants’ job satisfaction,an 18-question scale developed by Brayfield and Rothe (1951) was used.As a result,it is proved that organizational justice is divided into four dimensions.Besides,it is revealed that there are relations between these four dimensions and the job satisfaction of the participants.Especially,it is established that interpersonal and distributive justice perceptions have effects on the job satisfaction of the participants.
其他摘要:Bu çalışmanın amacı,örgütsel adalet algılarını;dağıtım,işlemsel,kişilerarası ve bilgisel olmak üzere dört boyutta inceleyerek,adalet algılarının iş doyumu ile ilişkilerini sorgulamaktır.Araştırma,İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş.’de çalışan 670 beyaz yakalı
