摘要:Societal issues have been gaining much more importance recently.Non profit organizations play an important role in overcoming these societal issues.Non profit organizations also use marketing techniques in finding solutions to help people.These marketing activities named as social marketing,shows some differences from traditional marketing applications.In this article those differences are highlighted and some alternatives are suggested to improve the performance of social marketing activities.For social marketers to be successful,first step should be to identify the aim and then to segment the market.Product,price promotion and distribution strategies should also be planned and applied carefully.Besides mass communication tools,the efforts of branches in different city centers and voluntary participants in non profit organizations are needed to promote and distribute the social product to the target markets.
其他摘要:Günümüzde toplumsal konular gittikçe daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır.Toplumsal sorunların aılmasında kâr amacı gütmeyen iletmelerin de önemli rolü bulunmaktadır.Herhangi bir toplumsal sorunun çözümünde halkın yararına olacak birtakım davranıların benimsenme
