摘要：This study focuses on the real meaning of knowledge and knowledge types in the knowledge management,with an emphasis on the difference between data,information and knowledge.It is often observed that in daily life business and academic life,people and organizations confuse the concepts of data,information and knowledge with each other.The correct understanding of the concept of knowledge makes the usage and management of knowledge more effective.However,each concept has in fact,different meanings and objectives.It is very important to determine the proper usage objectives of these concepts to achieve effective knowledge management in organizations and to get more effective results from knowledge and knowledge management.In this context,this study aims to develop a conceptual framework of thought for knowledge management by providing a clear differentiation of the concepts of knowledge,knowledge types,information and data.
