摘要：This study examines the impact of learning orientation on customer orientation.In this study,learning orientation,customer orientation and the relation between them is explained,based on a field research.The role of learning orientation and customer orientation in employment and their importance are discuessed in all aspects.The results of the study support the former studies,which is specifically,learning orientation to positively influences customer orientation.
