摘要：Organized Industrial Zones (OIZs) have been an important tool for Turkey’s regional development policy since 1960s.In this study,the effects of OIZs on the regional development have been investigated theoretically and emprically.Fistly,the tools of Turkey’s regional development policy,especially OIZs,are emphasized.A research is conducted on Isparta OIZ within the context of the relationship between OIZ and regional development.The results show that the functional role of Isparta OIZ in regional development couldn’t be used effectively.
