摘要：The levels of patient satisfaction and patient loyalty in 497 patients who were treated at the four hospitals were examined.One of these hospitals was university hospital and others were Ministry of Health hospitals.It was found the that levels of patient satisfaction and patient loyalty were high in general.In comparisons by hospitals,it was found that university hospital was high while other hospitals were low in the points of patient satisfaction.In addition,the relationship between the patient satisfaction,patient loyalty and demographic variables was investigated and it was discovered that education level and gender caused significant changes in some dimensions of patient satisfaction.In final,the relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty were analyzed by multiple regression analysis.As a result,this study shows that patient satisfaction had a positive effect on patient loyalty.
