摘要:Burnout is one of the important problems in knowledge era.This sendrom defined as “a gradually developing process that sourced by misfit between job demands and personel requirements”.Traditionally,burnout is considered which caused by a misfit between job and person and disadvantages of and way to cope with it is defined.This study focused on the other side of the burnout medallion.Aim of this study is to emphasize engagement,which has opposite effects of burnout,can be established by developing fit between job and person.Second aim of the study is to contribute “burnout-engagement relationship” on Turkish literature.We expect to eliminate the burnout problem in organizations and develop engagement with strategies for providing engagement in this study.
