摘要：In this study,perceived performance change of SMEs in industry sector are examined after ERP implementation.Seven commonly used performance metric groups are determined: product,production process,cost,other financial indicators,delivery,supply and customer service level,totally 26 metrics.After ERP implementation,perceived performance change of SMEs in Kayseri are studied by “t test” in terms of these metrics.In conculusion of the study,ERP sysytems enhance the business performance in terms of product,cost,other financial indicators,delivery,supply and customer related indicators.
