摘要：Interorganizational citizenship behavior is one of the populer topics of literature in recent years.An association’s displayed behaviors which are complimentary,voluntary and directed to enhancing the performance for other organizations which are in cooperation with,have been defined as interorganizational citizenship behaviors.In this study,after the topic explained,a scale had been developed.After the statistic studies were realized,44 behavior samples which are collected from literature and the field clustered under four factors as 23 behaviors.Emergent factors (dimensions) are interorganizational alturizm,interorganizational sharing the knowledge,interorganizational gentlemanliness,and interorganizational compliance.After the cronbach alpha and test-retest reliability analyses,for investigators,practicable a 4 dimensional scale which is consist of 23 behaviors (item) had been developed.
