摘要：Knowledge is one of the indispensable elements that affect current societies.It forms the basis of competition.Especially the tacit knowledge,which is difficult imitate,can not be transformed and verbalized,is an important force to create the power of competition.The gathering of superiority in competition becomes meaningful with the discovery and embodiment of tacit knowledge.This study includes the subjects of knowledge,tacit knowledge,the discovery of tacit knowledge and its embodiment.Sirince is a tacit knowledge and for his reason this study is applied in Sirince.The discovery of tacit knowledge in Sirince will affect its economic,social and cultural progress.
