摘要:The purpose of this study is to determine the differences of the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees according to their demographic characteristics.For this purpose,a questionnaire was applied to 359 employees who work at four and five star hotels in Ankara.Data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques.In order to determine the demographic variables and organizational citizenship behavior,independent sample t-test and one-way variance (ANOVA) analyses were conducted.The results of the study suggest that significant differences are found in the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees according to the hotel type,their departments and educational levels.
