摘要:Business are turning to new approach like cultural synergy management that including the cultural differences because of some reasons such as high rate of change,increasing expansion of the market and differentation of the labor structure.This approach that considers the concept of synergy as a source of cultural difference aims to bring together all the resources such as human,information,systems and devices with the effective leadership and thus aims at the creation of a higher energy.The purpose of this study is to introduce the concept of the cultural synergy management that is considered as one of the new management approaches theorically and enrich the literature.Theoretical background about cultural synergy management is important for following empirical researchs.It is observed in the literature study that synergy deals with in ten different ways.Cultural synergy management deals with this concept managerially and culturally.Moreover,cultural synergy management is seen to practise four stages in the business level and six stages in the operation level.Effective communication,confliction management and constructive processes are utilized to create synergic harmony with the cultural synergy management.The result that have been reached in study is that cultural synergy management get some diffuculties like cultural shock but it has some potantial like increasing of performance even
if it is difficult.
