摘要：The present article is devoted to the grey entrepreneurs and is an attempt to present these issues primarily using the theoretical background and also previously conducted,mainly European,research.A special emphasis was placed on the motivations of silver entrepreneurs as well as on a division of this population into different profiles,resulting from the factors that affect their entrepreneurial decisions.
