摘要：The aim of the article is to present the subject of project management of building electrical installations in the sports and entertainment hall.This article will provide a short analysis of the literature on project management,description and analysis of the most important issues of the project and its schedule,critical path analysis and the conclusions and recommendations of the project.In particular,the following topics will be presented: a description of the project,the scope of electrical works,work breakdown structure,the organizational structure of the Office of Project Implementation,the organization of the construction site,schedule Gantt together with an analysis PERT for the transformer station GSZ.
