摘要：In recent years, the most important issue on the accounts of the banks which are transferred fonds is that some of the accounts were transferred to the offshore banks are established abroud out of costumer’s information. The offshore accounts which are not drown upon government protect are come up against an account owner and TMSF each other. Therefore, some disagreements are occured. In this study, commitments of banks on the offshore accounts is researched. In addition to that, states of commitment was tried to determine in the lights of Supreme Courts’s Judgement.
