摘要：This study compares the management problems of the family businesses in Turkey with the management problems of indicated in the literature. It aims to define the management problems of family businesses in Adana province by carrying out a questionaire applied to 267 family businesses. Then it compares them with the problems of family businesses in the literature. The study concludes that while there are some similarities between the management problems of the family businesses in Adana province and the management problems indicated in literature, there are same differences as well.
