摘要：New economy is defined as new developments in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) since 1980. The developments in the ICT have been affect both the macro economic and the micro economic performance level. The aim of this study is to analyse on the role of ICT on financial crises and in Turkey November 2000-Februrary 2001 crisis. It is concluded that the implementation of new economy must be transparency and rules based for effectiveness of macro-micro economic policy.
