摘要：The purpose of this paper is to investigate changing the structure in the employment and of the social-economic characteristics, the effects on the employment of the new trends. The indicators of employment changing conditions have been used the socio-economic development indicators, globalization, suitable ınvestment conditions, for determinating this new trends. As the result, it is observed that there is a relationship between with the employment changes conditions and the social-economic characteristics of new trends.
