摘要:Changing employees' expectations and needs differ within the working life. Today, social variables have an important role at least as economic variables. Leader support and work family coflict’s effects have determinating role on social and work life. Leader support and work family coflict have an important role on job performance. To determine the mediatig role of workfamily conflict (WFC) beetwen leader support (LS) and job performance (JP) is a matter of this study. In this contex, it was researched that the effects of leader support, WFC and FWC on job performance with a study aplyed in defence sector. Moreover it was researched whether WFC and FWC had a mediating effect beetwen LS and JP. As a result of analysis, it was determined that LS had significant effect on WFC, FWC, and JP. Moreover, it was determined that WFC had a full mediating role on LS’s effect on JP.
