摘要：European Union, aiming full integration is regarded as most developed integration movement among similar movements. After the collapse of Bretton Woods System, economic and monetary union which is inevitable is critically important for European Union countries and world economy. Europe has taken important and also difficult steps during the period from 1950s to present. With the aim of integration that expresses a dynamic process, has to take steps even more pertinaciously. Euro which was come into use as a bank money officially in 1999 was regarded as a beginning of a new era in world economy and politics.
