摘要:In this study it is intended to identify the dimensions of public hospital service quality and to determine whether these factors are the impact on patient loyalty. This research was conducted with patients at a public hospital in a southeastern town in Turkey. Data were obtained by applying the techniques that are configured with 300 patients face to face with the participation of the questionnaire. Easy sampling method was used as the sampling method. According to the results, physician services, services before the treatment, satisfying personal needs and care for private needs-services and perceptions about hospital conditions have the significant and positive impact on patient loyalty. The results provide implications for both theory and practitioners.
