摘要：In this study, the issue related to emotional labor, which expresses the control of emotional leadership in business life that brings a new dimension to leadership as a result of the necessity of leaders with honest and ethical values due to the recent troubles and events, has been discussed. After explaining these concepts, which constitute the general framework of the study, a research was carried out with the administrative staff of the Case of Kafkas University. According to findings, it is seen that ethical leadership perceptions are at a high level and emotional labor perceptions are moderate.
