摘要:In today's living conditions which is getting hard, a work-family conflict is a situation in which almost every employee is affected in different forms and levels. In addition to affecting employees' performance, personal development and career goals, the workfamily conflict, which also affects business benefits, is experiencing more intense in the service sector due to the difficulties given by face-to-face communication. The work-family conflict could affect many outputs adversely at the individual and organizational level. In general perspective, the motivation and performance of the individual experiencing a work-family conflict declines and his contribution to the organization is decreased. One of the important outcomes that the work-family conflict affects is the employees’ innovation performance and internal entrepreneurial tendencies. Internal entrepreneurship comes up when the necessary conditions are met by businesses, depending on the internal conditions of the employees. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of work-family conflict on internal entrepreneurship practically, by explaining the subjects of work-family conflict and internal entrepreneurship theoretically. As a result of the research, it was determined that people working in the hospitality enterprises experienced a work-family conflict due to factors in tourism sector such as long and intensive working hours, lack of permission for employees and negativities caused by seasonal working.
