摘要:The purpose of this study is to reveal attitudes of staffs who work at KOSGEB strategic planning process The sample consisted of 229 staffs working at KOSGEB and selected through random sampling. The study employed two measuring instruments. The first is the twenty five question and four subdimensions strategic planning process attitude survey of Gulsen (2013). The second is a seven question demographic survey. The data were analyzed with SPSS 22 program. The analysis results showed that field staffs who have information mostly and SMEs which are target volume of KOSGEB not represented enough at process, because of staffs who were selected by management board have not been involved within strategic planning process. The study is expected to be useful for industrial and academic community.
