摘要：Constructability (Buildability) is a concept which still hasn't reached significant impact on construction practice in Croatia, as quite as it has in countries like USA, Canada, UK and Australia. With this paper authors strive to constructability accepted definition, objectives and outputs bring closer to the participants in the construction projects, determine which particular problems stakeholders in Croatian construction projects believe that are the fundamental in the implementation of the concept, but also the causes of the problems between the design-constructing-usage.
