摘要：SMEs play a crucial role in furthering growth,innovation and prosperity.Unfortunately,they are strongly restricted in accessing the capital that they require to grow and expand.Banks in developing countries are in turn hampered by the lack of lender information and regulatory support to engage in SME lending.Hence,the main aim of the research is identification of factors that significantly influence the access to the capital,and determine the financial state of the investigated entities in Macedonia.Considering the facts from the analysis in the end of the paper will be propose many recommendations for improving the financial support for SMEs in Macedonia.
