摘要：Within the analysis conducted,the main activities in the field of human resource management has been assessed,such as: human resource planning;recruitment and selection of staff;assessment of individual professional performances;initial and continuing training;evaluation of human resources management costs;motivation.However,there have also been reviewed with a lower degree of detailing,other issues of interest,such as: human resources assessment;promotion of staff.Following the integration of conclusions of analysis conducted for the business areas listed,it resulted the picture of the most important elements with generalizing value.
