摘要：Any organization or individual financing needs at a time.Non-banking financial Institutions (NFIs) represent an alternative financing for businesses and population when they can not obtain the cash they need from a credit institution.The non-banking financial Institutions operate in accordance with to the law 93/2009 and they have the obligation to be established as limited company,except for those that are included in the Registry records open by National Bank of Romania.
