摘要：Planning careers,in any organization,but especially in the public ones,is a process of great importance.Today,in modern society,there is virtually no person who does not need a public service provided by trained staff,helpful,kind and involved.By judiciously prepared career plans,public organizations develop their employees.As a result,the administrative career planning is currently one issue that do not admit any delay.
