摘要：Development of the importance of quality has been produced by a series of economic facts,among which we can name mainly the increase of competition,the continuous growth of the clients and society’s exigence,the increase of the complexity of the products.T.P.M.is increasingly being seen as a suitable initiative technique for effectively involving the workforce in manufacturing based organisations to produce increased productivity and add new impetuous to total quality efforts,a process implemented through specific techniques,which sistematically eliminate defects and losses due to equipment in a team-based environment.The task of implementing T.P.M.can be daunting,as the practical details and procedures for using T.P.M.to maximize equipment effectiveness must be tailored to the individual company.Each company must develop it’s own action plan,because needs and problems vary,depending on the company,type of industry,production methods and equipment types and conditions.In Romania,the implementation of assurance quality systems began in 1980.The implementation of T.Q.M.raises problems rated to financial,technical,technological and human resources issues.
其他摘要：Dezvoltarea importanţei calităţii a fost generată de o serie de fapte economice,printre care putem enumera în principal creşterea competiţiei,creşterea continuă a clienţilor şi exigenţele societăţii,creşterea complexităţii produselor.T.P.M.este tot mai mult văzută ca o iniţiativă tehnică potrivită pentru care implicarea efectivă a forţei de muncă în organizaţiile bazate pe fabricaţie pentru a rezulta o productivitate sporită şi adăuga noi standarde la totalul eforturilor de calitate,un proces implementat prin tehnici specifice,care elimină sistematic defectele şi pierderile datorate echipamentelor într-un mediu bazat pe echipe.Sarcina implementării T.P.M.poate fi descurajatoare,deoarece detaliile şi procedurile practice pentru aplicarea T.P.M.pentru a maximiza eficacitatea echipamentelor trebuie adaptate pentru fiecare firnă in parte.Fiecare firmă trebuie să îşi elaboreze propriul plan de acţiune,deoarece nevoile şi problemele diferă,în funcţie de firmă,tipul industriei,metodele de producţie,tipul echipamentelor şi condiţii.În România,implementarea sistemelor de asigurare a calităţii a inceput in 1980.Implementarea T.Q.M.ridică probleme legate de domeniul financiar,tehnic,tehnologic şi resurse unane.
