摘要：This paper introduces a model which is created and structured in such a manner thus to be able to point out the key attributes of a company: efficiency,efficacy,competitiveness,profitability,performance.At first we analyzed the relationship and clearly delimitated the four terms in a personal manner scientifically founded as in many cases it is difficult to settle a border between two of the five above mentioned elements at least.The next part contains a practical rigorous analysis of the profitability of the company.The model is structured on theoretic and practical aspects of economic-financial analysis of the methods and techniques.We also underlined the role and importance of model in managerial mechanisms,the factors that determine changes in the results of the financial-economic activity.
