摘要：Any economic activity concerning both production and consumption lies in meeting the challenge of economic agencies which constitutes impediments on the way of satisfying their wants practically unlimited; this implies some decisional processes both in spending some pecuniary incomes by the consumers (within the consumption process) as well as in the process of utilizing the economic resources (within the production) under efficiency and rationality circumstances. From the economic viewpoint the investments represent the expenses scheduled for acquiring new capital goods – machines,equipments and buildings,that is,of some goods which will be utilized to produce other goods.
