摘要：An important research problem is the development of one methodology which allows to achieve the connection between the activities and national development plans,by one hand,and the raw resources basis,on the other hand,in the accounting/book-keeping system. The starting point is constitute by the realistic image of a durable economy and it's pattern of operation,fact which supposes a different behaviour of people,markets and economical agents,in real terms meaning a modification of entirely economic and social system.
