摘要：Financial markets and institutions have a main role for national economy development.A lot of transactions which offer opportunities for making profit are realizing on the capital market as a segment of financial market.The paper includes analysis of the meaning and the role of financial institutions as participants on the capital market.At the end is the conclusion made by researching in way to help for increasing and developing the assignment and the role of financial institutions on the capital market in Republic of Macedonia.
其他摘要：Pieţele financiare şi instituţiile au un rol important în dezvoltarea economică naţională.Multe dintr tranzacţiile care oferă posibilitatea de a aduce profit sunt realizate pe pieţele financiare ca un segment al acestora.Lucrarea include analize ale sensului rolului instituţiilor financiare ca participanţi pe piaţa de capital.La sfârşit este concluzia care a reieşit din cercetare pentru a ajuta dezvoltarea şi creşterea transferului şi rolul instituţiilor financiare pe piaţa de capital din Republica Macedonia.
