摘要：Investment funds are quite typical representatives of the group of young and efficient financial intermediaries on the money market.These financial institutions have been created as a result of the rapid development of stock markets in industrialized countries.As a matter of facts,in these countries investment funds overtook traditional instruments from other financial institutions.We can mention for example savings and credits from banks,pension plans and retirements from pension funds as well as assurance policies from assurance companies.Therefore the role of investment funds is to intermediate between the industry and people as investors and between companies and the public sector as issuers of long term securities.The object of this study is to analyze the meaning of these same investment funds on stock markets in transition countries and in particular in the Republic of Macedonia.
其他摘要：Fondurile de investiţii sunt destul de tipice reprezentanţilor grupărilor tinere şi eficiente de intermediarii financiari de pe piaţa monetară.Aceste instituţii financiare au fost create ca urmare a dezvoltării rapide a pieţelor bursiere în ţările industrializate.De fapt,în aceste ţări fonduri de investitii au preluat instrumentele tradiţionale de la alte instituţii financiare.Putem menţiona de exemplu,economiile şi creditele de la banci,planuri de pensii şi pensiile de la fondurile de pensii,precum şi a politicilor de asigurare de la societăţile de asigurare.Prin urmare,rolul fondurilor de investiţii este de intermediar între industrie şi oamenii în calitate de investitori,precum şi între companii şi sectorul public ca emitenţii de valori mobiliare pe termen lung.Obiectul acestui studiu este de a analiza sensul acestor fonduri de investiţii pe pieţele de valori în ţările aflate în tranziţie şi în special în Republica Macedonia.
