摘要：The continuous improvement represents not only an important principle of quality management,but also an essential condition for the companies to survive in a competitive environment.To identify what,how and where to enhance the companies performance is not easy job,but it’s perfectly possible.An important instrument for the management is represented by the benchmarking process through which we identify the mechanisms and practices that lead to performance and also the way in which these can be adapted and implemented in our country.This paper’s goal is to present the benchmarking process,with a special accent on internal benchmarking which could represent an important step for the capitalization and generalization of good practices identified within the company.
其他摘要：Îmbunătăţirea continuă reprezintă nu numai un principiu important al managementului calităţii,ci şi o condiţie esenţială a supravieţuirii firmelor într-un mediu competitiv.A identifica ce,unde şi cum îmbunătăţim funcţionarea firmei nu este un lucru uşor,dar este perfect posibil.Un instrument important pentru management îl constituie procesul de banchmarking,prin care se identifică mecanismele şi practicile care determină performanţa şi modul în care pot fi acestea adaptate şi implementate în firmă.Lucrarea îşi propune să facă o prezentare a procesului de banchmarking,cu un accent deosebit pe banchmarking-ul intern,care poate constitui un pas important în valorificarea şi generalizarea bunelor practici identificate în interiorul firmei.
