摘要：In the circumstances when we have to face the liberalizing tendency of the international trade the harmony between national regional and international standards is very important,in order to eliminate the technical obstacles from the way of commercial exchange. The standards globalizing consists in achieving harmonized standards and unitary law politics both on regional and international level. Harmonized standards allow the disappearance of the walls rise on the wart of the international trade and facilitate the international cooperation,because products are approved one single time and they circulate everywhere and on any type of market.
