摘要：This paper mentions the temporal evolution of the,,long-lasting development’’ concept beginning with,,The Limits to Growth’’ written by the couple Meadows,J. Forrester and published by the Club from Rome in 1972,until the Conference Johanesburg in 2002. Taking into consideration the discordance between the economic system and the planetary ecosystem,this paper sketches some conceptual delimitations,which it defines concisely and it enumerates them. They are analyzed one by one eco-economy,eco-industry,eco-development. A very important factor in this equation could not have bean omitted,and hove we mean the factor,,environment” mentioned and analyzed by this paper. We have finished,presenting simultaneously two concepts which are extremely important in analyzing and understanding,,long-lasting development” namely economic growth and underdevelopment.
