摘要：The paper deals with defining a economical and technical framework for defining a distributed software for managing virtual firms in a information society. The model of the system is composed of four levels: economic,of the processes,of the objectives,technologic. Firms,as specific modes of organizing economic activity,are directly connected to the transformation process of the social-economic environment,generated by the technological boon in the last decade. Internet,e-commerce and the rise of virtual firms make possible the transformation of a classical firm in a virtual one,for which information system isn't any more a complementary one,but the axis of the organizational structure. So,using a distributed system in order to assist management is a natural consequence,imposed both by the economic environment (as a result of the need to transform the running style) and by the technologic one.
