  • 摘要:Nowadays,manyyuniorandseniorhighschoolteacherswhohaveachieve"guruPembina"IVarankfaceadifficultytogetpromotiontoIVbrankandabove.ThisoccurssincetogetpromotiontoIVbrankandabove,theymusthave12creditpointsofprofessiondevelopment.Theyarelittleknowaboutprofessiondevelopment.Thepurposeofthisstud~are:toknowdegreeofcomprehension,degreeofdifficulty,andyuniorandseniorhighschoolteacher'sattitudeto'professiondevelopment.ThepopulationofthisstudyarejuniorandseniorhighschoolteachersinYogyakartaSpecialTerritory.Multistagerandomsamplingisemployedinthisstudy.Datacollectionmethodsarequesioner,documentation,andinterviewwhiledatacollectinginstrumentisquesioner.DataanalysismethodsusedaredifferentiationandcorrelationtechniqueusingSPSS10.0Basedondataanalysis,someconclusioncanbedra\VTI.Firstly,58%ofteachershavelowdegreeofcomprhension,80%ofteachershavemoderatedegreeofdifficultyand69%ofteachershavelowattitudetoprofessiondevelopment.Secondly,thereisnosignificantdifferenceinteacher'sattitudetoprofessiondevelopmentbetweenteachersholdinggraduateandundergraduatedegree,juniorandsenior highschoolteachers,IIIrankandIVrankteachersandwhohaveeverjoinedintrainingcourseandwhohavenoteverjoined.Thirdly,hereissignificantdifferenceindegreeofcomprehentionofprofessiondevelopmentbetweenteachersholdinggraduateandundergraduatedegree.Fourtly,thereisnosignificantcorrelationbetweendegreeofcomprehentionanddegreeofdifficultywithattitudetoprofessiondevelopment.Fifthly,thereisnegativecorrelationandsignificantbetweendegreeofcomprehentionanddegreeofdifficultywithprofessiondevelopment.
